Whole fillet of beef tenderloin (approximately 34oz), rolled in black peppercorns and herbs. Order by Friday for Friday or Saturday collection from 5-7.30pm.
Take your cut out the fridge and allow to reach room temperaure. Preheat your oven to 180°C and pop the rump in for 15-18 minutes. Allow to rest for 5 minutes before carving.
