(frozen) 2 Racks of par-cooked juicy pork ribs marinated in our famous monkeygland sauce (nothing to do with monkeys hehe). Just leave to defrost, then pop in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes, basting with the excess marinade halfway through.
